Agency fees

> Except special agreements:

• 5% including taxes at the expense of seller for properties worth more than 200,000€
• 9,000€ including taxes flat rate at the expense of seller for properties worth less than 200,000€

These fees are charged in majority of transactions and are susceptible to changes within close limits of the set terms.

> Dwelling:

• Agency fee at the expense of tenant: one month’s rent excluding charges within the national ceiling referred in ALUR law (France), i.e. 10€ per sqm taxes included for « tense » zones and 8€ per sqm taxes included for other zones. To this is added a charge of 3€ per sqm taxes included for carrying out inventories of fixtures upon arrival.
• Agency fee at the expense of the owner: one month’s rent excluding charges.

> Commercial or office spaces, at the expense of the tenant:

• 20% of annual rent excluding taxes and charges
